PRODUCTION PREPARATION
During the production process, we place great emphasis on quality, which we can guarantee through our quality control system and the equipment used during the production process, we pay great attention to the control of each process.
CABLE CUTTING
In the case of multi-core or single-core cables, the cable comes in a cable drum. The cable drum is sent to the cutting department, after which the cutting machine cuts the cable to size based on the parameters set by the operator, and strips it on both sides due to further processes.
CABLE MARKING
When cutting the wires, it is possible to mark them with the customer’s request. An important aspect is the legibility of the markings.
CRIMPING
We also strive for high quality during crimping, the use of appropriate tools and machines is essential for this. Sanding can be done with manual pliers, semi- or fully automatic machines. To check the quality, we perform a tensile strength test or a microscopic inspection, in addition to continuous inspections.
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
After sanding, our trained colleagues assemble the ordered products from raw materials prepared from the warehouse based on the technical drawings. We place great emphasis on inspection, in addition to multiple inspections of production processes, a final inspection and electrical testing ensures that our Customer receives a perfectly functional product.
ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT
We test each product with an electrical measurement, during which we detect possible connections and faulty contacts.
WRAPPING
After the final inspection, packaging takes place, which takes place in cardboard boxes of different sizes, or sometimes in plastic containers.
